My office in Richmond is located in the vibrant Carytown district in a renovated 1920s bungalow. I offer in-person therapy visits here on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Nestled on my family farm outside of Troy, VA, my therapy space here is the picture of peace and calm. Many clients appreciate the rural beauty of the farm, which is a serene and safe refuge. I offer in-person visits at the farm on Wednesdays and Thursdays

I offer TeleHealth appointments to clients located within the state of Virginia throughout the week. I work with your schedule to find a time that fits best.

All sessions are $180 and 60 minutes long. Methods of payment accepted: Credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA), Zelle transfers, Square, or cash. You will receive an email receipt when the charge is processed.
I do not take insurance, but I can provide you with a Quick Claim for you to file with your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. This claim would allow you to be reimbursed by your insurance company for a portion of the hourly fee. You can call your insurance company to confirm if you have out-of-network benefits.

If you ever need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance, or a full session charge will be incurred.
